一、Trace2o HM3000 Setup

Trace2o HM3000设置

Take the clamp rod and insert it into the recess in the top right corner of the case 

取下夹杆并将其插入壳体右上角的凹槽中

Remove the clamp from the accessories kit

从附件套件中拆下卡箍

Attache clamp to the clamp rod

将夹钳固定到夹杆上

Loosen the clamp jaws

松开夹爪

Attach the sonde to the clamp and tighten

将探头连接到夹具上并拧紧

Connect the Metalyser instrument and sonde together and screw tightly

将金属分析仪和探测仪连接在一起并拧紧

Turn the tablet on by holding the power button for 5 seconds

按住电源按钮5秒钟，打开平板电脑

The tablet can be operated either with the stylus or by hand

平板电脑既可以用手写笔操作，也可以用手操作

Login to the tablet, the metaware should start up automatically

登录到平板电脑，元软件应该会自动启动

Select Yes when read configuration box appear, this step should take about one minute

当“读取配置”框出现时，选择“是”，此步骤大约需要一分钟

When complete select OK, the instrunent and tablet are now ready to use

完成选择“确定”后，仪器和平板电脑即可使用

二、Trace2o HM3000 Polishing

Trace2o HM3000抛光

Remove the SAB from the sonde 

从探空仪上取下SAB

Remove the surplus working electrode from the sonde

从探头上取下多余的工作电极

Remove the protective caps from the reference and counter electrodes

取下参比电极和对电极的保护帽

Remove the required electrode and take off the protective cap

取下所需电极并取下保护帽

From the accessories kit, take out the polishing kit: slurry, dish, glass platen and pads

从配件包中取出抛光套件：泥浆、盘子、玻璃板和垫板

Removing the backing from a polishing pad and attach to the glass platen

从抛光垫上取下衬垫并连接到玻璃板上

Align the notch in the glass platen with the ridge in the dish and push gently into place

将玻璃板上的槽口与盘中的脊对齐，并轻轻推入到位

Shake the polishing slurry to homogenise 

摇匀抛光液使其均匀

Add a few drops of polishing slurry to the polishing cloth

在抛光布上滴几滴抛光液

Polish the electrode by holding ot perpendicular to the cloth and moving in a figure of 8 motion for about 30 seconds

将ot垂直于布，以8字形移动约30秒，抛光电极

Using the electrode rinse solution from the buffer kit, wash the elwctrode tip

使用缓冲套件中的电极冲洗液，清洗电极头

Attach the electrode to the relevant connection on the sonde 

将电极连接到探测器上的相关连接上

三、Trace2o HM3000 Mercury Plating

Trace2o HM3000镀汞

Remove the Hg Plating Soluting from the buffer kit

从缓冲套件中取出汞镀液

Half fill the relevant SAB with plating solution and attach to the sonde

用电镀溶液将相关SAB填充一半，并连接到探头上

Choose M1&4 Conditioning from drop down menu and press Condition Electrode button, this process should take about 5 minutes

从下拉菜单中选择M1&4调节，然后按条件电极按钮，此过程大约需要5分钟

Remove the SAB from the sonde

从探空仪上取下SAB

Return the plating solution back to the bottle

将镀液返回瓶内

Take the electrode rinse solution from the buffer kit

从缓冲套件中取出电极冲洗液

The tip of the plated electrode should be grey in colour (left) compared to the black unplated electrode (right)

与黑色未镀电极（右）相比，电镀电极的尖端应为灰色（左）

四、Trace2o HM3000 Gold Plating

Trace2o HM3000镀金

Remove the SAB and WE1 electrode from the sonde

从探头上取下SAB和WE1电极

Attach the polished WE2 electrode to the sonde

将抛光的WE2电极连接到探测器上

Take the Hg, As SAB from the kit

从药箱里取出汞，作为SAB

Remove the Au Plating Solution from the buffers kit

从缓冲套件中取出镀金溶液

Half fill the SAB with the plating solution

将镀液半满SAB

Attach the SAB to the sonde

把SAB连接到探测器上

Choose M2&3 Conditioning from the drop down menu and select Condition Electrode, this  process should take about 10 minutes

从下拉菜单中选择M2&3调节，然后选择条件电极，此过程大约需要10分钟

Remove the SAB from the sonde

从探空仪上取下SAB

Return the plating solution to the bottle

将镀液返回瓶内

Rinse the electrodes and the inside of the SAB with the electrode rinse solution

用电极冲洗液冲洗电极和SAB内部

The tip of the plated electrode should be gold on colour (left) compared to the black unplated electrode (right)

与黑色未镀电极（右）相比，电镀电极的尖端应为金色（左侧）

五、Trace2o HM3000 Sample Analysis Example Cd, Pb Test

Trace2o HM3000样品分析示例Cd，Pb测试

Add 70ml of sample water to the SAB

向SAB中添加70ml样品水

Take two Hm1 buffer sachets from the buffer kit

从缓冲套件中取出两个Hm1缓冲袋

Add the contents of the sachets to the SAB

将香包的内容物添加到SAB中

Attach the SAB to the sonde

把SAB连接到探测器上

Choose Cd, Pb from drop down menu and select Condition Electrode, this should take about 2 minutes

从下拉菜单中选择Cd，Pb，并选择条件电极，这应该需要2分钟左右

Select Start Analysis, ensuring background subtraction box is checked, this should take about 2 minutes

选择“开始分析”，确保选中“背景减法”框，这应该需要大约2分钟的时间

Remove Cd Pb standard from the buffer kit

从缓冲套件中取出Cd-Pb标准

Take a clean pipette tip and attach it to the pipette set to 280μL

取一个干净的移液管尖端，将其连接到设置为280μL的移液管上

Add 280μL(20ppb) of standard to the SAB

向SAB中添加280μL（20ppb）标准溶液

Select Start Analysis again, ensuring the background subtraction box is checked, this should take about 2 minutes

再次选择“开始分析”，确保选中“背景减法”框，这应该需要大约2分钟的时间

Cd and Pb peaks and corresponding concentrations will be automatically identified

镉和铅的峰值和相应的浓度将被自动识别

Further additions can be carried out to give more advanced analysis

Add another 20ppb addition and select Start Analysis again

再添加20 ppb，然后再次选择“开始分析”

The peak data can be used in conjunction with our Metaware software to perform linear regression to get more accurate results
